Nicole Lambert

Dietitian (she/her)

I bring a warm, empathetic approach to treatment which is grounded in unconditional acceptance, integrity with a sprinkling of humour. I ultimately aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard and able to show up as you are.

In sessions expect a blend of individualised evidence-based nutrition education and nutritional counselling paired with practical strategies to help you learn how to nourish your body and improve your relationship with food.  I’ll never tell you what to do; instead, I’ll provide information, raise any concerns, ask for your input, and work with you to create a plan that meets you where you’re at.

My interest areas include:

  • Eating Disorders
  • ARFID and selective eating
  • Challenges with eating related to ADHD and Autism
  • General dietary support from a non-diet lens

I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC-D) and I practice with a non-diet approach that is trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming and am LGBTQAI+ inclusive.

Nicole sees ages 12+ and works Thursdays and Saturdays.
