Taylah Foster

Psychologist (she/her)

I believe therapy is a personal journey of healing and growth. My approach is warm, compassionate, and completely tailored to the individual. I'm passionate about working with individuals navigating:
- Eating disorders
- Trauma
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- Neurodivergent experiences
- Struggles with schooling
- Life path difficulties
- Substance use challenges
- Personality vulnerabilities including Borderline Personality Disorder

I aim to create a space that celebrates neurodiversity and respects each person's unique way of experiencing the world. I'm committed to providing LGBTQAI+ friendly, sex positive, and kink affirming support that is affirming, respectful, and understanding. My trauma-informed approach means I prioritise safety, comfort, and autonomy.

Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches like CBT, ACT, IFS and schema therapy, I work collaboratively with the client. Whether working through complex trauma, exploring neurodivergent identity, managing an eating disorder, or navigating life's challenges, I'm here to support you with genuine care and professional expertise.

Taylah works Mondays and Tuesdays and sees ages 12 and above.
