I offer a warm, empathetic approach to a range of issues from minor concerns to complex chronic mental health conditions. I use neuroaffirming, trauma informed, and LGBTQAI+ inclusive techniques.

I have over 15 years of clinical experience, working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, suicidality, bipolar, OCD, OCPD, and BPD, but for the past 11 years have primarily worked with eating disorders, complex PTSD, and treatment resistant depression.

I am trained to deliver a large range of interventions, but primarily draw from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM), with a focus on attachment. While I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), I prefer to use Imagery Rescripting (ImRS) and CBT based trauma therapy. I like to tell it like it is, and use humour in session too.

I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), am a credentialed eating disorder clinician with the Australian New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders (ANZAED), and am a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists incorporated (AAPi).

Lucy sees ages 16 and up and works Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
